CRN certified hose assemblies are required in several applications in accordance with the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act. It is essential that all end users familiarize themselves as to when CRN certified assemblies are required by law. Don't leave yourself liable!
We offer low pressure and high pressure hydrostatic testing with both portable and stationary units. In-house pressure testing is available up to 40,000psi
With our Custom Crimp CC-FP10 fitting pusher, we have capabilities of pushing-in and pulling-out large diameter hose fittings up to 12” diameter.
Transport Canada enforces standards on hoses and testing procedures under its Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulations. The CSA B-620 standard sets out the requirements for design, construction, certification, assembly, modification, repair, testing, inspesction, re-testing, and tagging of transfer hoses that are connected to the vessels that transport the product. Here at R.W. Hamilton Ltd., we build, test, repair, re-test, and certify the hoses that fall under this scope.
